Identified

The "Restart Database" button is not working for some Postgres databases. We've identified the problem and are working on a fix.

This incident affected: Oregon (PostgreSQL), Frankfurt (PostgreSQL), Ohio (PostgreSQL), Singapore (PostgreSQL), and Virginia (PostgreSQL).
